Walter auctioning off his wares

It’s a Chapter 7 fire sale!

Ready for the “shocker”?  Kelly is buying all the art for the grand total of…..$8,000.

Yes, this is the art that our money purchased.  If it weren’t so sad, it’d be funny.

It should come as no surprise that Tracy Green is still involved in our lives.  She’s not our favorite, but at least she’s consistent.

  1. Kelly is a real class act! Walter and Bel must be truly proud of him buying their flea market junk back for them. Kelly’s Christmas stocking will have an extra special surprise.

  2. Golf clubs and cart?

Walter Ng is a multi-millionaire and an AVID golfer who has many times and for many years traveled half way around the world to play (i.e. Hong Kong and elsewhere).

Given these circumstances, is there anyone here (who also plays golf) who believes that the ratty collection of old orphan clubs and bags shown in photo 21 of 90 at http://hbendixauctioneers.com/category/northern-california are his personal playing clubs, listed on Exhibit A at https://barkinvestors.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/exh-a-art.pdf as “4 sets assorted golf clubs w/bags”?

Also listed on the same Exhibit is “1 golf cart’, yet there is no photo of a golf cart.

A cheap walk and pull golf cart can be bought at Wal*Mart for less than $50.00, but a good sit in, powered cart (the kind Walter would use) can cost over $10,000.00. Which type is being auctioned off?

If it’s one of the cheap pull type carts than this proves even more what a sham this ‘auction’ is.

Kelly buys back his parents possessions for pennies on the dollar, pocket change for them, and they walk everything right back into the house from the garage without missing a beat. They get to keep their possessions and our money.

The system at work here isn’t just bent . . . it’s broken.

  3. Harvey Clar has overbid both the jewelry and art auctions.
The Trustee will hold an auction on August 7th at 11 am in Courtroom 201, 1300 Clay Street in Oakland.
The bid on the art stands at $9,000 and $8,800 on jewelry. Overbidding will be in Increments of $200.
Thank you Mr. Clar for upping the ante!

    • Thank you for the update, and cheers to Harvey Clar. I hope that they prevail. I’m guessing any of us can attend that and observe?

    • Thank you for the update, and cheers to Clars Auction Gallery. The audio file doesn’t seem to be attached to the pdf you posted on your own blog, so I could not find it to listen

      • When you open the link, put your cursor at the bottom of the page and the gray bar shows. Click on the pdf symbol. Then look at the left margin and click on the paperclip. Get out your violin for poor Kelly, for having to go to the inconvenience of this all. He is a busy man, you know.

        • Thanks, found it! I’m glad Judge Efremsky asked why the boxed goods were still being stored in Walter’s garage, because I was wondering myself. What’s to keep them from taking out a knickknack here or there while waiting for the auction process? Evidently the auctioneer didn’t think it was worth the added expense of trucking that stuff somewhere to store. Although no doubt Walter and Maribel Ng spent a lot more of the money they took from us to buy all of those tchotchkes than what they are being auctioned for.

Kelly Ng hasn’t lost any of his arrogance, complaining about what an inconvenience it is to have to show other bidders the goods. Boo hoo Kelly. I hope Clars outbids just on principal, and takes your parents tacky trinkets. No matter how inconvenient this might seem to the Ng’s, I’m really, really sure it isn’t nearly as inconvenient as having all of our money taken by the Ng’s.

After Walter and Maribel LIED in their bankruptcy filings about how much they owned, they should be charged with perjury. Why are they even allowed to still live in that place, since it’s over the value they are legally allowed? Kick them to the curb and let them get a taste of what it’s really like to have to struggle on less, like so many of their investors do every day. Kelly’s got some extra rooms they can stay in, and probably just as much over-priced trashy decor to make them feel right at home.

This auction would be finished sooner, but Kelly’s going out of town for a couple of weeks. Guess all of the legal stuff hasn’t cut into his vacation schedule. I’m surprised he even had time to show up in court in person.

If justice ever prevails, the Ng’s will get to see how inconvenient it is to have marshall’s put handcuffs on them and appear in orange jumpsuits, like their old colleague Carl Miller. I hope they all die in prison.

          • Pertaining to your valid questions, I don’t understand the lax attitude of the court. All of this leeway for the Ng crime sydicate. If it were us, they would have auctioned off our socks by now.

  5. Re, the recording referenced by equitatus;

From 6m into the very poor quality recording it becomes painfully obvious that Ms. Green is either inept, oblivious, complicate, negligent, or worse. In her ‘professional’ position re. this matter she is a complete and utter failure.

From approx. 14m 30s until approx. 16m 2s, during the recess, Ms. Green can be heard engaged in a light hearted private conversation with Kelly Ng wherein he complains that he’s now (then) had to “open the cartons” for a third time. (Later in the recording he says ‘twice’.)

Remember, the items being auctioned have NEVER been out of his parents control and that Ms. Green made excuses (earlier in the recording) for the fact that their ‘stuff’ was stored in their garage because they had just ‘recently’ moved.

At approx. 17m 30s Ms. Green is heard engaging in a conversation with Kelly Ng wherein she she sounds as if she’s commiserating with him. They are interrupted when the court then resumes the ‘auction’.

At 19m one of the bidders correctly asks why the items have been left in the possession of the Ngs (in their garage) rather than with an ‘auctioneer’ so that the items might be available for public inspection. (The items being auctioned have NEVER been available for public inspection.)

At 19m 30s Ms. Green makes excuses for not handling the auction in a professional manner!

The bottom line thus far, because this simple, low dollar auction was so bungled, it’s continued for three weeks.

One has to wonder what it cost us (the Noteholders) in legal fees and the taxpayers (in court costs) to conduct two mini-auctions that will likely net perhaps $24,000.00, not a penny of which will come back to us!

    What a fiasco!

    • Is there a contagious disease going around that infects people who make important decisions? It is certainly not a mystery why there is so much crime committed and rules violated.
