    As CFO of the Hudson Companies, I am responsible for the financial oversight and operational logistics of over 50 reportable entities related to a family office. The entities vary in scope from international manufacturing and distribution to a family foundation.     At Ernst & Young I was a tax consultant charged with performing client directed activities to include managing client tax analysis, research and development tax credits and tax return preparation review. In addition I was also charged with certain audit responsibilities for both public and private clients throughout my tenure with the firm. Primarily my clients were in the hi-tech or consumer product space, however; the depth and breadth of my experience at Ernst & Young went well beyond those two industries due to the nature of the tax consulting practice.

    At CytoSport I was responsible for the development and implementation of the financial infrastructure. Key milestones included implementation of internal controls in cost accounting for manufacturing operations, cash management and credit management with the bank, daily and monthly sales analysis reports, budgets and AP/AR procedures.

    At the Oakland Raiders I was responsible for the oversight and management of the back office where my responsibilities were directed towards financial reporting and analysis, game day reconciliations, team shop development and operations as well as the daily operational logistics of the finance department.
