Maybe you have the smoking gun.

      • My brother has already provided Special Agent Hemje answers and document relevant to these questions as well as others.

    • I think this questionnaire form is a very good starting point but I once again URGE everyone not only to send the completed questionnaire to the FBI contact BUT ALSO to the SEC. Just attach it to the SEC’s Complaint Form which, when you read it, really doesn’t fit our circumstances. Believe me, the SEC ‘blew’ its first investigation and it should be re-involved in this mess especially in light of some of the information the blog has revealed.

  3. I thought the idea of using the mailing labels was to alert investors about this blog as a source of information and interactive communication, and to encourage them to file a complaint with the FBI and SEC. Wasn’t the goal to get more people filing so that the FBI and SEC might see it as a bigger problem and inch this up on their priorities?

It could be helpful to suggest people gather their documents and history for future reporting to agencies, (assuming someday the FBI sends the mythical form that has been mentioned.)

If I received a questionnaire from a group of “fellow investors” who I didn’t know, asking me for all of that financial information, I would think it was a scam and not respond. I don’t see the benefit of asking people for this information, because even if they did respond, what would the recipient do with the info? Compile a database? You need to take a lot of care with the handling of peoples private information.

I’m also reminded that a couple of years ago investors received a letter from some other group of fellow investors who was going to look into things and get back to them, which hasn’t led to a wealth of information or action, so I think people would be dubious to expect much help from a new group of disgruntled fellow investors.

Although I definitely see value in sending a mailer to people which encourages them to file complaints with agencies and points them to the networking resources (this blog, the message board,) for future developments and ask them to offer any insights they might have.

    • People who receive the questionnaire can do whatever they want with it – send it to the FBI, the SEC, the District Attorney, their own attorney if they have one or throw the questionnaire away. What they do with it is up to them. The purpose is to get people to THINK, assemble their own information and then
‘overwhelm’ the FBI or preferably the SEC with information. But each individual investor would do whatever he/she wants with the questionnaire. The only recipient of the questipnnaire would be determined by the person completing the questionnaire – no one else. The monitor of this form does not intend to maintain a data base of anything……at least that’s my understand.

  4. The email address for the FBI does not work..tried both few times last week and it just comes back.. message is permanate failure..
