  1. I was an investor of the now-defunct Siena (through RE Reno). I know they still have ongoing litigation with IGT. I wonder if the GTECH purchase price takes into account the cost of successful litigation on the part of RE Reno? Successful litigation on the part of RE Reno means a return on investment to me and others investors.

  2. I, too, was an investor into Barney’s hobby hotel and casino.

After it was sold in the (obviously prearranged) bankruptcy fire sale and the attorneys took their cut I received three cents on the dollar of my investment.

It is my understanding that that was our one-time, one and only payment regardless of the outcome of Barney’s lawsuit against IGT.

I have since spoken with a knowledgeable employee of IGT who stated to me that Barney doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in Hell of winning the lawsuit. I hope that’s true as I’d HATE to see Barney get any money which he wouldn’t have to return to us.
